What we offer
Our early life experiences, from conception to birth to crawling, form the basis of how we deal with life and relate to others. Who we are or who we can be. From recent research such as epigenetics, we know that these early imprints have a greater influence on our personal development than previously thought.
The "scars on our soul" limit our vitality and our emotional range of movement. In a safe space, at our own pace, we explore these early injuries and allow ourselves to rediscover our original zest for life in a playful way.

PRENATAL JOURNEY
With curiosity and mindfulness, we explore the valuable prenatal themes on land and in warm water and feel into our own body memories. Exploring our own journey opens up new approaches and skills for our work. The aim is to create a safe and empathic space for our own parts, but also for the babies and clients we meet today.
BIRTH JOURNEY
Similar to the prenatal seminar, we will deal with the topics of birth and the time afterwards. We want to understand our own birth journey with its complications and challenges and learn how we can nourish ourselves. This will also open up new possibilities in our work with others. More information will follow.
